To submit their papers and track their status for the DEMCRO 2026 conference, authors must register on the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) platform.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

Paper Submission Rules
Authors wishing to submit a paper to DEMCRO 2026 must adhere to the following rules:
- Papers must be written in English and reflect original research relevant to the conference topics. As a general rule, review papers are not preferred.
- Submitted works must not have been previously published or be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
- All submissions will be screened for plagiarism and self-plagiarism using reputable international databases.
- The length of full papers should be between 6-8 pages.
Paper Structure
Submitted papers must include the following sections:
- Abstract: (150–250 words). No footnotes or citations should be included in the abstract.
- Keywords: (5 words or phrases).
- Introduction
- Problem Statement
- Main Body
- Conclusion
- Acknowledgements (if applicable): This section should be placed at the end of the paper before the references, using a third-level heading in 9-point font.
- References: References should be numbered consecutively in order of citation or alphabetically, with the latter being preferred. In-text citations should be enclosed in square brackets (e.g., [9] or [4-6, 9]). Authors are strongly encouraged to include DOIs (Digital Object Identifiers) in their references.
- Figures and Tables: All images and tables used in the article must be cross-referenced within the text ( splnproc2510.docm )
Publication Opportunities
Abstracts submitted to the conference will be published in a 1-page format in the "Book of Abstracts" and made available electronically on the official conference website (https://de-conf.unec.edu.az) .
Full-text papers (6-8 pages) will be published by Springer as part of the Conference
Proceedings. Additionally, authors of selected papers identified by the Scientific
Committee will be invited to submit their expanded work to the
UNEC Journal of Computer
Science and Digital Technologies (JCSDT)
