Those who wish to participate in the conference must submit their extended abstracts consisting of 5 pages in accordance with the Template (template.docx). Template.docs 
The materials in Azerbaijani, English, Turkish, and Russian are acceptable.
All accepted materials will be published in the Conference Materials.

❖ Materials should be prepared in A4 format (top and bottom margins 2 cm, left and right margins 3 cm), Times New Roman font 12, spacing 1.15, alignment width, 10-12 pages. The abstract should not exceed 100-150 words, and keywords should not exceed 5 words.
❖ Figures should be clear and high quality, and should be in the center of the text. There should be one line after the figure, then its titles should be numbered sequentially in the center, starting with the word "Figure", and a short description of the figure should be given. Each figure should be referenced in the text, for example (Figure 1).
❖ Tables should be prepared in Microsoft Word or Excel and placed in the center of the text. Then, the table title should be numbered consecutively in the center, starting with the word "Table", and a short description should be given on the next line. The title should be placed above the table, after which a line should be omitted. Each table should be referenced in the text, for example (Table 1).
❖ Formulas should be written in the standard Word Equation editor, a line should be omitted before and after the formula, and consecutive numbering should be used. The formula number should be indicated in parentheses on the right. When referring to a formula in the text, the formula number should also be indicated in parentheses.
❖ References should be written in alphabetical order, references in the text should be given in square brackets with the reference number, for example [1, 2]. It is advisable to refer to recent publications in the passages.
❖ E-mail for conference materials: [email protected] . The file name must match the author's name and surname (in case of co-authors, the name and surname of the first author mentioned in the article must be indicated).
❖ The Scientific Committee has the right to select the submitted materials in accordance with the instructions of the conference. Materials published in other publications that do not meet the requirements will not be accepted. The materials will be checked by the anti-plagiarism program.
❖ The electronic version of the conference materials will be posted on the conference website and sent to the author's email.
